●       Push-to-Alert Intelligence: Features user-selectable single-tone and two-tone fire pager alert detection. Users receive instant push notifications only for the specific alerts and tone sets they have chosen, ensuring critical calls are never missed.

●       User-Defined Audio Selection: Unlike traditional scanners, audio is served based on the user’s specific channel and talkgroup selection. This allows each individual to monitor only the traffic relevant to their role or region.

●       Massive Connectivity: Utilizing the ThinLine-Radio and RDIO-Scanner platforms, the system supports connecting hundreds of users simultaneously with industry-leading low latency.

Inside the Ecosystem: Integrated Software Architecture

Our systems utilize a "Handshake Architecture," where each software component is specifically tuned to pass data to the next with zero latency.

●       SDR Trunk (The Spectrum Decoder): The primary gateway. It decodes the entire 2.4MHz spectrum of each dongle simultaneously, meaning it can record and stream every conversation happening within that window without "missing" a hit while scanning.

●       Trunking Recorder (The Audio Historian): Manages the data library. Every transmission is tagged with User ID, Talkgroup Name, Frequency, and Exact Timestamp for instant SQL-database search and recall.

●       RDIO-Scanner (The Virtual Dispatch Desk): The front-end interface. It mimics a physical hardware scanner, allowing users to "Hold" talkgroups or search past calls via a beautiful web-based interface.

●       ThinLine-Radio (The Mission-Critical Alerter): Our proprietary alerting integration. It "listens" to raw audio for tone-sets and triggers high-priority Mobile Push Notifications directly to the user's device.

Bare Bones Edition (The Expert’s Canvas)

●       Software State: All core radio software is pre-installed but remains unconfigured. Intended for users with the technical knowledge to configure the radio stack.

●       Support: Tech support is not provided for software configuration. Hardware-only support is included.

Pro Edition (The Reliable Workhorse)

●       Turnkey Solution: Fully configured for ThinLine-Radio, RDIO-Scanner, and Trunking Recorder.

●       *Cloud Transcription Notice: Supports automated transcription via third-party services. A separate service fee is required; payment is made directly to the AI provider.

●       Support: Includes AnyDesk remote assistance for initial setup and frequency programming.

Enterprise AI Edition (The Intelligence Hub)

●       Local AI Engine: Uses the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 NPU (50 TOPS) to run OpenAI Whisper locally.

●       No Recurring Fees: Because processing happens on-site, there are no per-minute fees to third-party providers.

●       Transcription Privacy: While live audio can be streamed remotely, the transcription and AI analysis are handled entirely on your own hardware.

●       Capacity: Scalable to 10 SDR dongles for exhaustive monitoring across the entire spectrum.
